PATHWAYS Refresh

The PATHWAYS Refresh Project is about expanding our dementia care singing program by creating an additional 12 episodes, a DIY toolkit for caregivers to develop their own Pathways videos addressing cultural diversity and song preferences, a PATHWAYS online web app for easier caregiver accessibility.
